  • Can you walk me through your process?
    1. Quick Call. Let's chat by phone. We'll get a snapshot of your project and give you a quick price estimate so we don't waste your time. 2. Discuss. We'll meet by phone, skype, Google Hangouts or in person to fully discuss the project. Once you pay your first 50% installment, we'll start the build. Your site will be up in 30 days or less. 3. Materials. We'll send you a list of materials we need right away. Send us what we need quickly so we can get started. 4. Design. This is when we're building your awesome site. We'll have it done in 30 days or less. 5. Polish. Once the site is done, we'll send it to you for review and feedback. Think of it as a first and second draft. You'll take some time to look it over and send us your edits. We'll make the edits and perfect it. 6. Launch. Once you're 100% happy with the site, you'll pay your final installment and this beauty goes live. Starting 30 days after we go live, you'll be subscribed monthly. This means we'll manage your site so you don't have to. Plus, we'll give you 1 hour of work each month as needed. 7. Track. We'll set up your Google Analytics and send you details, so you can keep an eye on traffic to your site. 8. Train. We'll set up a 1 hour live training to show you and your team how to use your site.
  • How do you charge for a new website?
    We try to stick very closely to our pricing on our pricing page. When we meet, we'll discuss and agree on final pricing of your project. Once you pay the first installment (50% up front) we'll start the build. As long as we get your information in a timely fashion, we'll have your site up in 30 days or less. ​ Once the site is ready for your review, we send it to you for feedback. When you're 100% happy with the site, we'll ask for the final installment before we'll publish it live. ​ 30 days after the final installment, your monthly flat rate will kick in and continue as long as we manage your website for you.
  • When will my site go live?
    Your site will go live after you've approved the site and paid your final installment.
  • Are there any annual hosting fees?
    Nope. No annual fees. Just a monthly flat rate. Cancel at any time and the site, the domain, and the responsibility to pay for hosting and any third-party dues will be handed off to you.
  • What happens if want to cancel once the site is built?
    No problem! Cancel at any time and the site, the domain, and the responsibility to pay for hosting and any third-party dues will be handed off to you.
  • What if my site takes more than 30 days to build?
    It is your responsibility to get us any requested files, documents, preferences, documentation or any other information in a timely manner. If files are not received within two weeks of your initial payment date, our 30 day timeline will not be met. ​ If you require custom work and agree to a longer-than-30-day development period, terms will be agreed upon in advance and the 30 day timeline no longer applies to your project.
  • What is included in the monthly subscription?
    ​The monthly subscription covers the cost of hosting, SSL security and one hour of work a month. Monthly hours do not accumulate. They also have no cash value. Just one hour a month, use it or lose it.
  • How do I request my 1 hour of work a month?

  • How do you bill for hourly work?
    Our hourly rate is listed here. For a smaller project, we'll give you an estimated number of hours and request payment in advance. If it's a larger hourly project, we'll send you a bid. If you agree on the terms, we'll ask for half up front. In either case, if it takes more than the pre-discussed number of hours, we'll let you know in advance so you can approve the adjustment. If it takes fewer hours, we'll only bill you for hours worked. So you'll never be over-billed. Request hourly work here.
  • What if I miss a payment?
    Accounts which remain outstanding for 30 days after the date of invoice, will incur an extra charge of $10 per week. If payment goes beyond 60 days late, we reserve the right to discontinue all services including hosting, management, security. The site will be taken down.
  • Will my site have any "down" time?"
    We use reputable third-party sub-contractors for hosting. We cannot guarantee 100% up time because of that. However, we've carefully hand-selected our providers and are proud to say we have little down-time.
  • Can I make edits to my site?
    Yes! This site is yours. Once the site is live, we'll give you full access to edit as you like. The best part is that editing is relatively easy. Just login, add content and publish. Plus, your site build comes with an hour of training on how to add your own content.
